Seminar: "What Every Senior (and their adult children) Must Know About The Future"
With age, we all experience changes in our lifestyles, health, and finances, but what about our long-term care and legal needs? Whether you are a senior or adult child of a senior, you need to be prepared for the future and all that it brings.
In a FREE, educational, NO OBLIGATION workshop, Elder Care attorney Terri Hilliard will address a number of important questions, including:
- How do I pay for long-term care and avoid going broke?
- If I need a nursing home, how do I protect my family from being left impoverished?
- How do I ensure my wishes will be carried out, even if I am incapacitated?
- Is my Power of Attorney powerful enough?
- How do I select a proper long-term care facility, if needed?
- Will MediCal or MediCare cover my costs of long-term care?
- How will my loved ones avoid costly Probate when I die?
