Hello Friends – I have great news! Our firm has opened our fourth office at 600 Hampshire Road, Suite 211, in Westlake Village, CA. The new facility is now the headquarters for the Hilliard Law Center, which provides estate, elder care, and special needs planning services.Our firm’s Law and Mediation Center remains at 2393 Townsgate Road, Suite 201, in Westlake Village, which complements our offices in Santa Barbara and Burbank.With the addition of the Hampshire office, we bring together a number of specialties to enhance our services for individuals and families in the area. Regardless of the stage in one’s life, we are prepared to help guide and support your journey with a high level of professionalism and empathy.Along with estate, elder care, and special needs planning, Hilliard Law practices include business succession planning, asset protection, special needs trusts, living wills and trusts, healthcare directives, family protection planning, planned giving, and general business formation and facilitation. In addition, I continue to provide service as a private mediator, assisting families, elders, individuals, and businesses in resolving disputes.
