Pause4kids March 2018

I’m delighted to let you know that the presentation that Pause4kids and I sponsored last evening (March 20, 2018) was a wonderful success.Pediatric Neuropsychologist Dr. Jonine Nazar-Biesman (left, above)  described the three pillars of success necessary for special needs kids. She focused on education, mental health and the need to create stability for the child over the long term. Dr. Nazar-Biesman stressed that keys to success include followup by the doctor with the child’s team, coaching by the doctor to increase stability and directed interventions.Look for more presentations to come by Pause4kids, with a lineup of insightful speakers and educational programs for both families and kids.
