Developmental Disability Survey

Are you a parent of a child with a developmental disability - Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy or Intellectual Disability? Or are you an adult with one of these disabilities? If so, you may be interested in a survey being conducted by the Autism Society of California. The survey gathers information on what is working for families and individuals and then shares that information with the appropriate non-profits, stakeholders and legislators to make sure your voice is heard.
