His experience as an accountant allows him to assist our clients with their business transitions as well as their start up procedures.
As licensed attorney since 2003, Michael’s experience as a defense attorney in the Workers’ Compensation courts provided the base for his honed negotiation skills and after taking his parents’ estate through probate, his passion and professional focus turned to estate planning and preserving assets. Michael identified there are better ways to administer estates than through the sometimes onerous Probate system Michael’s approach to estate planning provides clients with a broad spectrum of legal and personal experience to assist families with preparing and establishing systems to easily and inexpensively transfer wealth from one generation to the next.
Conejo Valley has been home for Michael for more than 40 years and his long-standing and significant ties to the community lay the foundation for loyalty and service. Following high school graduation, Michael enlisted in the Navy where he was very proud to have graduated from Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL school (BUD/S) in class 161. Following his assignment at SDV Team 2 in Little Creek Virginia, Michael returned to his roots in The Conejo Valley to continue his education at California Lutheran University with a B.S. in Accounting. He attended and graduated from Southwestern University School of Law with his J.D. degree in 2002.
