Her practice centers on advanced estate and business succession planning, asset protection, special needs trusts, and family protection planning for seniors. She is a private mediator focused on helping families, elders, individuals and businesses resolve disputes through Family Meetings and if needed Mediation. She earned her law degree from Loyola Law School in 1989.

Carí Jackson Lewis is the Founder and Principal of California Philanthropic Consulting (CPC). She is a Certified Specialist in Planned Giving, an Accredited Estate Planner, a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners, and is currently enrolled in and a co-moderator of the June 2021 Advisors of Color Study Group for the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) program offered by the American College of Financial Services.

Joan Howard is a licensed marriage and family therapist and have been in private practice since 1980. I help individuals, their caregivers and loved ones navigate the emotional challenges coming with life changes such as declining or threatened health, loss or impending loss, and resulting relationship issues.I am available in-office sessions, for zoom tele-health, and, in some cases, home visits.
